Our office is headed by RUI MONTEIRO and CELSA MONTEIRO, married with each other, both practicing lawyers for more than 30 years. One of the sons, Rafael Monteiro, also a lawyer, is with us in addition to the other lawyers who serve here.

We are what is usually called a Boutique Office, that is, in addition to adapting to the needs of Customers, we have the opportunity to give absolute dedication to processes and people.

 

We have had for many years a strong component of Foreign Customers, both following their business activities in Portugal, and giving advice to the most personal issues.

 

Our office has accompanied the issuing of the Golden Visas and its entire processes, to citizens of various parts of the world, from several continents.

 

Besides the Golden Visas processes, below better explained, our office can accompany investors on the many forms of investment that Golden Visa admits.

 

We have dealt with the mere purchase by the applicant of apartments, as well as of housing, in the purchase of land for construction of buildings of 1,000 m2 above the ground as opportunities of 30,000 m2 above the ground. The city of Porto has possibilities of situations for investments (but we accompany this kind of investments all over the country, north to south).
